Terms & Conditions
Transferals: Tickets are transferable once, without any additional charge, to another summit occurring within the same calendar year as the original purchase, subject to availability. Ticket transferals are valid on events taking place AFTER the date of the summit you originally registered for.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than 5 weeks before the date of the summit are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration amount. Cancellations within 5 weeks of the date of the summit are non-refundable. You must notify Innovation Enterprise in writing of a cancellation.
Amendments: Once purchased we are not able to downgrade ticket levels, however upgrades are available at any time. Once a ticket is purchased, we are not able to apply a refund to reflect a discount code you may have received post registration.
Invoice Payment Terms: Once you have accepted our terms and conditions, and have registered using the invoice option, you are legally obligated to pay the invoiced amount regardless of any schedule conflicts that arise post registration. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms. Full payment of the registration fee is required within 14 days from the date the invoice is received.
Indemnity: Innovation Enterprise reserves the right to make changes, restructure, reschedule or postpone the summit without notice. If your attendance is withdrawn or the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund of our fee. This contract is subject to English law.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE EVENT.
