Women & Power: A Progressive Approach
An excellent body of research exists now to help us understand how women lead differently than men. However there has not been enough conversation about how women relate to power once they have it. How is masculine power different from feminine power? How do women treat one another with regard to power dynamics in the workplace – especially across generations? How can we bring our hidden assumptions and habits around power in the workplace into a more progressive and conscious balance between masculine and feminine approaches?
Eliza Esquivel, VP Global Brand Strategy at Mondelēz International, is responsible for nurturing the $36 billion start-ups portfolio of high growth global brands (eg Oreo and Cadbury among others). She leads an international team of strategists who provide brand strategy and creative development support to Mondelēz brands as well as thought leadership to the global organization.
