Anna Bloom works closely with engineers and designers to build digital experiences that help small business owners be successful advertisers on Facebook. She became a content strategist after seven years in journalism and a year as a Code for America fellow, helping Seattle and Philadelphia build apps to make their cities better for citizens. She likes to think of what she does as “creativity in the service of people,” a line she outright stole from a product design director she works with.
