The Consumerization Revolution

The consumerization revolution has changed the way the professional sports entertainment industry delivers services to the end-user. Tery Howard is working with their technology teams to find innovative ways to recreate the fan experience. Howard will engage the group in a discussion about creating business opportunities with mobile technologies. She will discuss the ways mobile applications can be used for more targeted interaction, as well as the kind of infrastructures, both Wi-Fi and cellular, needed to support a large wireless environment with thousands of users. CIOs attending this session should come prepared with questions from their experience driving mobile computing strategies in their organizations.
