Strategic DNA - Managing a Portfolio Strategy

Articulating and executing a corporate strategy across more than 100 countries can be challenging in the best of times, particularly when you operate in an industry undergoing rapid change, as is the case in financial services. That’s why Citi has developed and implemented a framework to prioritise its international operations and ensure that every single one of the 100+ countries has clarity and alignment on their mission and how they contribute to the execution of the corporate strategy. This presentation will provide insights into how this framework was developed, implemented and how it has evolved over time.
