Cisco began S&OP 5 years ago. We started with the fundamentals of supply and demand matching and planning for product transitions. We matured and scaled up to cover almost all of the businesses inside Cisco with S&OP process. In the past 12-18 months, Cisco S&OP has continued to mature towards Integrated Business Planning.
