Arif joined Thomas Cooper, a niche international law firm specialising in marine shipping, trade and finance, in 2014 as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the overall financial health of the business. Arif was previously the Group Finance Director for GL Hearn, a top twenty Property Consultancy. He was instrumental in the incorporation of the GL Hearn Group from a partnership to a limited company in 1999. Arif’s professional services industry experience also includes his role as Head of Finance with Wilson Mason, an architectural practice with operations in UK, Middle East, Russia and Eastern Europe. After qualifying he remained in public practice for nine years.
Arif gained his BA (Hons) in Economics and Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Royal Holloway College and an Executive MBA from CASS Business School. Arif is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, (FCCA).

Stewart is a CIMA qualified accountant with 10 years post qualified experience with nearly 15 years in total in various FP&A roles.
His industry background is primarily in IT\SW but latterly in the Clinical Research outsourced services to the Pharmaceutical industry.
This experience has afforded Stewart varied exposure and experience with Country FP&A, Channel Sales, Marketing, SW Product Group, Central FP&A as well as supporting the multitude of support functions in each of the organisations that Stewart has worked in.
Latterly with his role in PRA Health Sciences has come opportunity to build on that core FP&A experience to expand into the operational aspects of the company.
