Rick Starbuck is Bank of America’s Digital User Experience Design Executive. In this role, Starbuck oversees the Digital UX teams at Bank of America, focusing on the next generation of digital banking and financial customer experience for both the bank and brokerage side of the business. Bank of America leads the industry in online banking capabilities with 29 million active users and mobile banking with 14 million active users.
