As Head of Commercial Innovation, Kim Smyth leads the Insights and Digital teams for the Australian marketing arm of AstraZeneca, a global pharmaceutical company.  Prior roles with the company include Head of Strategic Planning and Head of Patient Health Programmes.  Kim has twenty years of international advisory and operational experience spanning multiple industries in North America and Europe, including founding membership in “Deloitte.Com” in Silicon Valley, and Head of Global CRM for the Body Shop.  She has a passion for multi-disciplinary projects that create new value based on technology disruption and deep customer insight.  She holds a degree in Systems Design engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.
