Delivering Strategic Transformation
Simon will describe the key themes in developing and delivering effective strategies. He will discuss the key tools that strategy professionals have in order to bring about meaningful change. These will be especially relevant to those who are tasked with delivering less well-defined end goal type projects such as cultural change, employee engagement or better innovation.
Simon Fowles is the Head of Customer Strategy at BT. His focus is group-wide customer experience improvement and developing strategies to broaden and deepen customer relationships. Working with strategic insight teams, product development and in-life continuous improvement teams, Simon has helped shape and deliver BT’s Customer First programme. Simon is an infrastructure engineer who moved into strategy following his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
