Diego brings 10 years of experience in Business and Operations planning and has applied his experience and insights to help support double digit growth in both developed and emerging markets (Europe, Latin America). In his current role he develops and executes operational plans for the Latin America region. He is also part of the Global Product Planning team. One of the most exciting areas of the company, this group works closely with Engineering, Styling and Finance teams and ensures Harley-Davidson brings the best products to the Latin America consumer. Diego has held several roles with Harley-Davidson in the US, Europe and Latin America and has been part of numerous Business Intelligence, Sales and Operations, ERP, Product and Strategic Planning initiatives. Most recently, he has led the implementation of the Sales and Operations Planning process for the new Latin America regional headquarters for the company in Miami, FL, and leads the team that, among other things, manages the S&Op planning process for the region.
Diego holds a BSc in Strategic Planning and Economics from Deusto Business School in Spain. Diego is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and studied abroad in the USA. Outside of Harley-Davidson Diego is an avid motorcycle rider and explorer and has travelled extensively through Europe, Africa and Latin America.
