Chief Innovation Officer
John Geyer is the Chief Innovation Officer at MetLife and has been with the company for a decade. His experience as a CIO goes back to 1989, when he worked at GE Capital as a divisional CIO as well as leading an eCommerce venture. He is currently responsible for leading MetLife's innovation office, and pushing change within an industry typically averse to risk. He describes himself as 'uncomfortable with the status quo', and his work thus far has given positive reflection on that standpoint.
