Winsor Jenkins is a business partner who serves as a leadership coach, performance consultant, training facilitator, speaker and author. A master in LEADERSHIP and COLLABORATION, Winsor’s extensive corporate experience (30+ years with 3 Public Companies in senior leadership roles) has given him the insights and tools to help individuals, teams and organizations achieve results. Winsor’s passion is in the area of leadership development applied at the individual, team and organizational levels. As a leader who served in senior HR positions and contributed to the professional development of business executives, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve mid-to-executive level leadership in today’s changing global business landscape. An intuitive and results oriented leader himself, Winsor engages and leads participants on a dynamic and interactive development path, enhancing their ability to be highly effective and insightful leaders. Along with holding coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he is a certified facilitator in a number of best-in-class leadership development training programs (including Situational Leadership II, Symphony, Tempo, Coaching for Execution and LEAP). He is also certified in various assessments used in coaching such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs), EQi-2.0, and Polaris 360. Winsor is a graduate of Cornell University (BS) and the University Idaho (MBA). He is the author of the book, The Collaborator: Discover Soccer as a Metaphor for Global Business Leadership – and is co-designer of the training program, The Collaboration Game™.
