Rachel is responsible for strategic alignment and enablement of the Sales and Application Consulting Practice teams within Verint, to deliver EMEA customers with omni-channel and customer analytic solutions to drive Customer Engagement. She is a business leader focused in the Customer Experience space with core competencies in driving action from feedback for business improvement. Directing the EMEA Customer Analytics Practice for Verint Systems, she provides a full customer experience service from initial idea through to project completion and on-going strategy, taking companies beyond feedback and into customer centricity using best practices.
