Senior Vice President, Innovation
Katherine is the SVP of Enterprise Innovation at Thomson Reuters. In this role, she creates the processes and supports the culture shift to enhance Innovation outcomes both within the company and through external partnerships - all focused on accelerating organic growth. Prior to this role, Katherine was a part of the Corporate Strategy team, where she worked with leadership from across the company to create a long-term aspiration based on market understanding and access to customers and products. Katherine has been with Thomson Reuters for nearly 10 years in varied positions across the corporation. She has held senior strategy positions within both the Legal and Tax & Accounting businesses, and headed up Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture for Healthcare & Science. From there, she moved to a role as part of the Office of the CEO, where she worked on various projects within the News division and the company-wide Transformation program. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Katherine worked for Accenture, within their strategy practice focused on the Media, Entertainment and Telecom industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University. Any free time is spent with her two young and very precocious daughters and not-so-young husband.
