Henry Pittman is a business executive with a global mindset and a proven track record in strategy, transformation, leadership, and innovation of products and services in the government, commercial industry, and the non-profit arena. As part of his work at Innovation Enterprise, Henry serves as the Chairman of Innovation Enterprises Strategy Channel Global Advisory Board, reaching over 450K+ strategy professionals around the world. Previously, Henry served as a Chief Strategy Officer within Honeywell Internationals Mission Logistics and Healthcare, providing executive leadership and strategic management planning for the $400 million+ logistics business segment consisting of 3,300 dedicated individuals over a global footprint. Henry affixed his focus to creation of a Strategic Management Planning (SMP) process to multiply strategic opportunities for strategic positioning reasons, reaching from expansion into several adjacent areas of growth; increasing competitive business intelligence; geographic expansion; to service expansion development and acceleration. Prior to Honeywell, Henry provided executive leadership as Chief Strategy Officer and Program Manager within General Dynamics Information Technology’s Health Solutions Group (HSG), a $300 million+ healthcare business segment consisting of over 2,400 individuals. Additionally, Henry served as a military officer with the U.S. Army, where his last assignment on active duty was serving as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of Walter Reed Army Medical Center; where he provided executive leadership and cross-functional integration management; supervising six directors, thirty-three administrators; and general oversight of 4,100 employees at the largest hospital in the U.S. Department of Defense, assisting in managing in the administration and integration of a $400-million-dollar portfolio of services. Previously, Henry worked as an Instructor with the U.S. Army Transportation School, where he trained students scheduled to be assigned across North America, Middle East, Asia, and Europe in the art of global strategic transportation logistics. With respects to specialties, Henry is focused on leadership, innovation, growth strategy, transformation, and corporate and business development. Henry has had the opportunity to either conduct business or live in Germany, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Honduras, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Liberia, Austria, and Croatia. Henry graduated from the Department of Defense Training with Industry Executive Leadership Fellowship program and has certification in six sigma fundamentals, export compliance for materials/supply management logistics, and business ethics.
