Cindy has more than 15 years of experience leading innovation and insights initiatives for AT&T, Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, ESPN, Greenpeace, Hess, Kraft, Kellogg’s, LearnVest, Nationwide, Sterno and Transamerica. Her extensive research experience spans across a variety of methodologies, including ethnography, segmentation and concept testing. Most important, she has a knack for uncovering insights and translating them into actionable recommendations. Prior to Maddock Douglas, she developed her marketing chops in brand management at General Mills. Cindy has her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with an A.B. in English literature from Princeton University.
