Here's a little bit about me:
I've been in online business since 2009. For 5 years I've been learning, trying, testing, building, networking, etc. In those 5 years I learned a considerable amount about working online and running an online business.
But somehow, I wasn't successful at all. In this 5 years I started several startups (and crashed them like a pro with no effort at all).
In 2014, there was a change. My websites started to work. I finally had a successful online business, but unfortunately it was going so slowly...
A snail pace. Glacier speed.
In early 2015 I had the opportunity to steal knowledge and secrets from one of the best online marketers: Mr. John Reese, the first guy who made $1 million online in one day, outside of the "make money online" niche.
From Mr. Reese I learned several important things about running online businesses, and one which led to me start several successful startups. This advice is the one which I will share with you here:
"Let other people finish boring stuff. Hire other experts/freelancers to complete everything for you that can be completed by someone else instead of you. Outsource everything which can be outsourced".
Before, I was doing everything by myself: planning, software development, copy writing, creating products, writing ebooks, networking, search engine optimization, marketing, customer support, and so on.
And honestly, I was an idiot for doing it all.
If planning, building and launching new products have 100 parts, I could do these in 10 months.
It means that I need to spend 10 months, working hard and only see a profit after 10 months.
But on the other hand, I could hire 10 people who can finish it in 1-2 months. That way I can launch and see profit in a considerable shorter time.
I will also have much more free time to start working on new startups/products whilst gaining an income from my existing work.
So, if you are working on something which is taking too long, you now know the simple way out.
