Ubisense announces myWorld for AppExchange users to drive revenue


Software provider Ubisense has announced its myWorld platform for Salesforce's AppExchange to provide communications and utility network operators access to analyze their geospatial inventory data and in result drive business revenue.

myWorld will be integrated within AppExchange which according to Richard Petti, CEO at Ubisense, will aim to accelerate response time, improve quality while elevating user experience, increasing productivity, reduce cost, and improve customer and network performance.

"myWorld is currently used by more than 30,000 professionals and we are looking forward to helping many more realize the benefits of the solution through the launch of the new myWorld app," Petti remarked.

Additionally, the platform aims to offer a self-service access to network information, enabling users to respond to customer queries efficiently.
