Mindtree, an IT company, has partnered with Gutteridge Haskins & Davey (GHD), a global professional services company, to collaborate via a combined digital platform for property and infrastructure asset management to optimize business efficiency and enhance customer experience.
The partnership seeks to combine GHD's knowledge of building design and Mindtree's cloud-based, internet of things platforms and analytics to offer a combined connected building management system. Additionally, through the collection of data, the platform-based service can reduce costs, increase business revenue, offer an enhanced customer, employee and community experience.

The platform caters to property and infrastructure industries such as property, buildings, transportation, water, energy, resources and environment sectors.
Kumar Parakala, GHD's global digital leader, said:"Many organizations lack integration between building management, IT and financial systems, making it difficult to correlate data and develop an end-to-end view of their assets, especially for clients that operate many buildings with different proprietary systems."
Parakala added: "Insights powered by data are the new currency that enables businesses to establish new benchmarks in performance. By partnering with Mindtree, we can draw on the skills we need to deliver "connected building services" to our clients."
