JetBlue has selected Performitiv to provide technology aimed at modernizing the US airline's learning measurement and analytics toolset.
According to Performitv, JetBlue was looking for a technology that can measure the alignment of its programs to its business results and opted for Performitiv's solution due to its use of a "methodology-sound, scientifically-valid model" to optimize learning impact. Performitiv's solutions will automate data capture, reporting and analysis of JetBlue's data, enabling the airline to improve program application for crewmembers.

Performitiv's software provides analysis that highlights impact on programs, people and results, through technology that automates the proprietary Impact Optimization Model. Performitiv developed learning measurement software designed to measure impact and improve performance of talent development programs.
Kent Barnett, CEO of Performitiv, remarked: "JetBlue's team is passionate about their work and we look forward to continuing to provide them with robust analysis on their talent investments with contemporary technology capabilities like AI and advanced analysis to understand value and impact while identifying improvement opportunities."
