JetBlue selects Performitiv to modernize analytics toolset

US airline JetBlue to use Performitiv's technology to help it "unlock creative insights" from the data it generates


JetBlue has selected Performitiv to provide technology aimed at modernizing the US airline's learning measurement and analytics toolset.

According to Performitv, JetBlue was looking for a technology that can measure the alignment of its programs to its business results and opted for Performitiv's solution due to its use of a "methodology-sound, scientifically-valid model" to optimize learning impact. Performitiv's solutions will automate data capture, reporting and analysis of JetBlue's data, enabling the airline to improve program application for crewmembers.

"JetBlue's learning programs are strategic to the organization and we required a technology that could help us unlock creative insights from our data to help us optimize impact while easily managing the change from our previous platform with no disruption," commented Lauren Kramer, manager of assessment, measurement and evaluation at JetBlue.

Performitiv's software provides analysis that highlights impact on programs, people and results, through technology that automates the proprietary Impact Optimization Model. Performitiv developed learning measurement software designed to measure impact and improve performance of talent development programs.

New York-based airline JetBlue operates an average of 1,000 flights daily and carries more than 42 million customers a year to destinations across the US, the Caribbean and Latin America.
